| 公募内容： | The_International_Astronomical_Union_(IAU)_Office_for_Astronomy_Outreach_(OAO)_is_a_hub_for_coordinating_astronomy_public_outreach_activities_around_the_world._The_aim_is_to_make_it_easier_for_the_public_to_access_information_about_our_Universe_and_local_and_global_astronomy_events,_while_building_networks_to_support_and_disseminate_information_to_the_amateur_astronomy_and_public_outreach_communities._The_IAU_OAO_is_located_at_the_National_Astronomical_Observatory_of_Japan_(NAOJ),_Mitaka_Campus,_Tokyo,_Japan. The_IAU_and_NAOJ_seek_an_excellent_individual_to_join_the_IAU_OAO._The_International_Outreach_Coordinator_(IOC)_will_be_appointed_according_to_the_normal_conditions_of_service_of_the_NAOJ_employees_and_will_report_formally_to_the_Director-General_of_the_NAOJ._This_is_a_contract_position_for_3_years,_including_the_possibility_of_renewal_under_the_standard_employment_procedures_of_the_NAOJ. The_successful_candidate_will_meet_the_following_requirements: ____An_honours_degree_or_equivalent_in_astronomy_or_a_closely_related_field; ____Fluent_in_written_and_spoken_English; ____Good_communication_(both_written_and_verbal)_and_presentation_skills; ____Good_computer_skills_and_knowledge_of_social_networking; ____Demonstrable_strategic_vision,_project_management_and_financial_experience; ____Proven_track_record_in_outreach_activities_at_an_international_level; ____Excellent_team_work_and_interpersonal_skills_while_working_in/managing_multicultural_teams; ____Demonstrable_volunteer_network_management; ____Demonstrable_good_time_management; ____Experience_in_editing_a_journal_or_publication_with_several_contributors. Experience_in_fundraising_and_working_knowledge_of_Japanese_would_also_be_advantageous. The_job_title_at_NAOJ_will_be_”Specially_Appointed_Senior_Specialist”_(full-time_position,_5_days/week)._The_IOC_will_receive_an_annual_salary_commensurate_with_experience_and_qualifications,_comparable_to_the_pay_scale_of_an_assistant_professor_at_a_Japanese_national_university._Additional_allowances_like_overtime_allowance,_commutation_allowance,_and_travel_allowance_will_be_provided.
